Educational Qualifications: Following educational qualification is needed:
- For Customer Agent Bachelor degree in any stream from a renowned University having skill to speak English and first choice will be given to candidates conversant with local lingo and basic computer operation. Those appearing for exam in April/May, 2013 are entitled to apply subject to the results being declared on or before 01.07.2013
- For Sr. Ramp Service Agent Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering renowned by the State Government or ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle / Auto Electrical / Diesel Mechanic / Bench Fitter / Welder (ITI with NCTVT –Certificate issued from Directorate of Occupational Education & Training of any State Government (1 year experience after passing NCTVT in case of Welder), after passing SSC / equal examination with Hindi / English / Local language, as one of the subjects.
Age Criteria: Customer Agent between 18 years to 28 years for GEN age relaxation for others as per the notification issued. Sr. Ramp Service Agent between 18 years to 30 years for GEN relaxation to others as per the notification issued.
Pay Scale: Customer Agent Rs.12000 to 14000/- Sr. Ramp Service Agent Rs.15000-17000/-
Application Fees: Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- in favour of “Air India Transport Services Ltd.” payable at Mumbai. No Fees for SC/ST and EXSM. With post name and candidate name.
