Instructions to candidate for appearing OJEE – 2013
1 )
Candidate should note the date and time against the subjects of appearing from the time table mentioned below.
2 )
The
examination will be held on Sunday, 12th May, 2013. The candidate is
advised to visit the centre one or two days in advance to know the
location of the centre and transportation facilities available to reach
the centre on time on 12th May, 2013 (Sunday) to avoid last minute rush.
3 )
Candidate should verify the particulars
printed in the Admit Card and bring to the notice of the OJEE authority
about mistakes, if any, well in advance at JEE Cell, Gandamunda,
Bhubaneswar on or before 25th April, 2013.
4 )
The candidate has to put his/her thumb
impression and signature at the space provided in the admit card before
coming to the examination hall.
5 )

The candidate must bring his or her own admit card with him/her to
secure admission to the examination hall. Candidate should preserve this
Admit Card” for any future correspondence.
6 )
The Candidate should be present at the examination centre by 8.00 AM on the day of examination.
7 )
Wherever the photo is not printed, the candidate has to affix photograph after the attestation by a gazetted officer / Head of the school or college last attended.
8 )
The candidate must mark his/her answers on the ‘Answer OMR Sheet’ by blackening the circles using his/her BLACK OR BLUE BLACK BALL POINT PEN only. (Read and follow the instructions given in the cover page of the question booklet carefully).
9 )
Calculators / Mobile Phone / Pagers / Docupen or any other Electronic Gadgets are strictly not allowed inside the Examination Hall.
10 )
The examination hall will be opened half an hour before the commencement of the examination.
11 )
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after the start of the examination.
12 )
Candidate will be required to sign his / her attendance when required to do so by the invigilator.
13 )
No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till the examination is over.
14 )
Candidate
should not leave the examination hall without handing over his / her
question booklet and Answer OMR sheet (TOP COPY) to the invigilator.
15 )
Centre
once allotted will not be changed under any circumstances. All
Candidates must appear at their respective allotted centres.
16 )
The Answer OMR sheets of the candidates
who resort to any kind of malpractice during the examination will not be
evaluated and no rank will be given to those candidates.
17 )
Blank answer OMR sheet without being
darkened in any one of the answer circles/ovals will summarily be
rejected. No rank will be awarded to such applicants submitting blank
answer OMR sheet.
18 )
The registration number and application number of the application form are same.
19 )
Candidate has to download two copies of
the admit card; One copy of the admit card duly signed by the
invigilator must be submitted at the examination hall and other should
be retained by the candidate.

i)Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website www.odishabank.in between 12-04-2013 and 20-04-2013. No other me mode of application will be accepted.
ii)Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- Common Written Examination CWE conducted in September 2012) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. I may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.
iii)Applicants are first required to go to the Bank’s website www.odishabank.in and click on the link “Recruitment/ Careers”.
iv)Thereafter, open the Recruitment Notification.
Candidates can pay application fees in any of the branches of Odisha Gramya Bank or remit the fee through NEFT from any commercial bank branch.

The candidate should  take a printout of the fee payment challan
Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS.
